Hey, I’m Oli 👋 Design Director at BBC News, where I lead the multi-platform design strategy to bring broadcast, digital, brand, marketing and product into one unified visual language and user experience.

I’m also the co-founder of Queer Spirits®, the world’s first LGBTQ+ cooperative drinks company. What started as a single bottle of gin quickly grew into a community-owned and operated drinks brand with a mission to support the people it serves.

Across everything I do, I’m driven by storytelling, systems thinking and a belief that design is at its best when it’s shaped by the people who use it.
